Admissions & Enrollment (प्रवेश प्रक्रिया एवं नियम)

Admissions to various trade courses under the Craftsmen Training Scheme (CTS) are conducted annually in accordance with the guidelines prescribed by the Directorate of Employment and Training (Raipur, C.G.) and DGT (New Delhi).

1. How to Apply (आवेदन कैसे करें)

1. Online Application: Fill and submit the Online Admission Application Form directly through our portal with uploaded documents.
2. Offline Form: Obtain the prescribed form by visiting the ITI Campus Office on any working day between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
3. Form Submission: Duly filled application forms along with self-attested photocopies of all requisite educational and category certificates must be submitted at the admission counter.
4. Verification & Merit List: Applications are screened, verified, and candidates are selected on the basis of academic merit and counselling norms.

2. Checklist of Required Documents (आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की सूची)

Please ensure original documents are brought for verification along with 2 sets of self-attested photocopies:

1. 10th / 12th Class Mark Sheet (Original & Photocopies)
2. 5 Recent Passport Size Color Photographs
3. Caste Certificate (SC / ST / OBC candidates - issued by competent authority)
4. Transfer Certificate (T.C.) & Character Certificate from last attended school/college
5. Aadhar Card (Valid Identity Proof)
6. Domicile / Residence Certificate (Niwas Praman Patra)
7. Photocopy of Bank Passbook (Linked with Aadhar for DBT/Scholarships)
8. Gap Certificate (Affidavit on stamp paper, if there is an academic gap)
9. Migration Certificate (If applying from outside state board)
